Ouverture le 26 ao\u00fbt prochain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cQuel que soit son \u00e2ge, on a toujours besoin de se d\u00e9tendre, de l\u00e2cher prise, que ce soit par rapport \u00e0 son travail, sa famille\u2026 Nous voulions cr\u00e9er un lieu qui donne une dimension \u00e9motionnelle et festive \u00e0 la restauration\u201d<\/em>, explique<em>&nbsp;<\/em><strong>Margaux Gravier-Montel<\/strong>. Avec son mari,&nbsp;<strong>Jean-Baptiste Gravier,&nbsp;<\/strong>ils ouvriront \u00e0 la fin du mois d\u2019ao\u00fbt Le Grand Mess, nouvelle offre de restauration et d\u2019h\u00f4tellerie lifestyle, \u00e0 Clermont-Ferrand (Puy-de-D\u00f4me).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un projet port\u00e9 depuis cinq ann\u00e9es, qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de leur exp\u00e9rience acquise depuis douze ans dans les Alpes dans leurs deux restaurants d\u2019altitude La Folie douce, d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 la f\u00eate, au clubbing et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nementiel. Originaire d\u2019Auvergne, le groupe Mess Family a choisi&nbsp;<em>\u201ctout naturellement\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;Clermont-Ferrand pour cette premi\u00e8re implantation, \u00e0 la fois ville \u00e9tudiante et d\u2019affaires \u2013 notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence du groupe Michelin -, mais aussi destination de loisirs pour une client\u00e8le fran\u00e7aise et internationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cFaire vivre la m\u00eame exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 tous\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cNous ne visons pas une client\u00e8le particuli\u00e8re car notre objectif est de faire vivre la m\u00eame exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 tous\u201d,&nbsp;<\/em>poursuit Margaux Gravier-Montel qui, pour accueillir ses clients, a vu grand. D\u2019une superficie de 5&nbsp;600 m2, le b\u00e2timent neuf pens\u00e9 par l\u2019architecte&nbsp;<strong>Boris Bouchet<\/strong>, et d\u00e9cor\u00e9 par l\u2019agence Saint-Lazare abritera 96 chambres en cat\u00e9gorie 4 \u00e9toiles, un vaste bar, et deux restaurants, chacun d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 de 200 couverts avec rooftops de 250 m2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Bouillon du Mess, proposera une cuisine simple et informelle, pour un ticket moyen d\u2019une quinzaine d\u2019euros, et le Grand Restaurant, brasserie plus chic, servira les classiques de la gastronomie fran\u00e7aise dans un d\u00e9cor intimiste, sous la direction du chef ex\u00e9cutif franco-p\u00e9ruvien\u00a0<strong>Jos\u00e9 Cau<\/strong>, <strong>candidat<\/strong> <strong>plac\u00e9 par <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.macarons-recrutement.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Macarons Recrutement<\/strong>.<\/a>\u00a0 D\u2019une hauteur de 7 m\u00e8tres sous plafond, le Bar central servira de lobby en journ\u00e9e et de lieu festif \u00e0 la tomb\u00e9e de la nuit, avec programmation de DJ et de concerts du jeudi au samedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les chambres, le design met l\u2019accent sur un aspect cocon, avec des mat\u00e9riaux naturels, notamment de larges encadrements en bois pour les lits, de grandes fen\u00eatres avec vue sur la cha\u00eene des Puys ou sur les champs environnants, et une insonorisation particuli\u00e8rement soign\u00e9e. D&#8217;une superficie allant de 16 \u00e0 70 m2, elle peuvent accueillir deux \u00e0 quatre personnes. Enfin, sept espaces de r\u00e9unions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9vus pour les entreprises, notamment une salle des banquets et d\u2019une salle des festins, toutes deux d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 de 150 personnes,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tablissement, qui a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 un investissement de 20 M\u20ac, emploiera une centaine de salari\u00e9s (\u00e9quivalents temps plein), dont 85\u00a0% d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019offre bar et restauration. Apr\u00e8s Clermont-Ferrand, le groupe Mess Family ne compte pas s\u2019arr\u00eater l\u00e0\u00a0: \u201c<em>Nous avons comme objectif d\u2019ouvrir 10 adresses en dix ans, plut\u00f4t en France mais pourquoi pas dans des pays europ\u00e9ens\u201d,<\/em>\u00a0confie Margaux Gravier-Montel.
