Le nouveau classement h\u00f4telier est entr\u00e9 en vigueur ce lundi.<\/p>\n

Premier constat alarmant, seuls 8000 h\u00f4tels sur 20000 en France ont entrepris la d\u00e9marche leur permettant d’obtenir le nouveau classement. Cela n’est pas sans poser de nombreux probl\u00e8mes et notamment celui de la commercialisation. En effet les principaux Webmarchands exigent des h\u00f4teliers le certificat de classement et d\u00e9classent tout simplement les \u00e9tablissements qui ne sont pas en mesure de leur fournir. On imagine les clients voulant r\u00e9server dans leur \u00e9tablissement 4 \u00e9toiles favori pour d\u00e9couvrir qu’ils sont maintenant positionn\u00e9s en dessous des \u00e9tablissements 1 \u00e9toile.<\/p>\n

La nouvelle ministre du Tourisme, Sylvia Pinel, va donc engager \u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e une r\u00e9flexion visant \u00e0 “identifier les points de difficult\u00e9s” du nouveau classement h\u00f4telier.<\/p>\n

Lors de l’\u00e9laboration du classement en 2009, “les professionnels, notamment ceux de la petite et moyenne h\u00f4tellerie n’ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 suffisamment associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9flexion, il n’y a pas eu de test sur le terrain, et les crit\u00e8res sont nombreux”, explique Mme Pinel qui “h\u00e9rite” de cette situation.
\n“J’engagerai une r\u00e9flexion \u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e avec les h\u00f4teliers, Atout France, les r\u00e9seaux consulaires, les CRT (Comit\u00e9 r\u00e9gional de tourisme) et les CDT (Comit\u00e9 d\u00e9partemental du tourisme) pour identifier les points de difficult\u00e9”, poursuit Mme Pinel, qui veillera \u00e0 ne pas “mettre en difficult\u00e9 les h\u00f4teliers qui ont jou\u00e9 le jeu et qui se sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 reclass\u00e9s”.<\/p>\n
