Le 7 d\u00e9cembre, la Villa Collet \u00e0 A\u00ff a accueilli la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise du Prix Champagne Collet du livre de Chef 2015. Dix grands Chefs, neuf \u00e9toiles et cinq mois de comp\u00e9tition ont abouti au sacre du chefEric Gu\u00e9rin<\/b>. A l’instar des ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, les chefs en comp\u00e9tition ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 tour \u00e0 tour leurs ouvrages culinaires lors de dix d\u00eeners au restaurant Table Ronde \u00e0 Paris. Le jury de professionnels, sous la pr\u00e9sidence d’Olivier Charriaud<\/b>, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Champagne Collet, a pu juger \u00e0 travers la pr\u00e9sentation du livre et de quelques-unes de ses recettes, les valeurs de transmissions et de sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es par les chefs participants.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Le livre Migrations, aux Editions La Martini\u00e8re (32 euros) est une invitation au voyage, un voyage initiatique dans l’univers du chef Gu\u00e9rin, le Robinson Cruso\u00e9 de la gastronomie sur son \u00eele de Fedrun au coeur du Parc Naturel r\u00e9gional de Bri\u00e8re. Bien au-del\u00e0 du livre de recettes traditionnel, Migrations est un carnet de route, o\u00f9 le chef se livre \u00e0 coeur ouvert et raconte l’\u00e9volution de sa cuisine au fil de ses voyages, de ses rencontres et de ses \u00e9motions.
