Le chiffre d&#8217;affaires h\u00e9bergement affiche un recul g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9 de 1 % \u00e0 5 % selon les cat\u00e9gories.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: xx-small\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<table border=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lhotellerie-restauration.fr\/journal\/conjoncture\/2014-05\/img\/fast50-deloitte-cp.jpg\" width=\"450\" height=\"71\" border=\"0\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9but d&#8217;ann\u00e9e incertain, le mois de mars est venu amplifier la chute des performances de l&#8217;h\u00f4tellerie fran\u00e7aise, selon le cabinet Deloitte &#8211; In Extenso. Le premier trimestre 2014 s&#8217;ach\u00e8ve ainsi sur un constat inqui\u00e9tant&nbsp;: le chiffre d&#8217;affaires h\u00e9bergement affiche un recul g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9 de 1&nbsp;% \u00e0 5&nbsp;% selon les cat\u00e9gories.<\/p>\n<p>Comme en f\u00e9vrier, la capitale n&#8217;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9pargn\u00e9e par cette morosit\u00e9&nbsp;: la quasi-totalit\u00e9 des indicateurs sont en berne. Le niveau de fr\u00e9quentation reste \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 Paris, mais des tensions de font sentir sur les prix. L&#8217;h\u00f4tellerie de charme, seule cat\u00e9gorie \u00e0 afficher une hausse de son taux d&#8217;occupation en mars, a d\u00fb en contrepartie d\u00e9grader ses prix moyens (-&nbsp;7&nbsp;%). Le climat \u00e9conomique et la tenue des \u00e9lections municipales ont \u00e9videmment pes\u00e9 sur ces r\u00e9sultats. Les vacances scolaires des zones A et B, qui ne se sont achev\u00e9es qu&#8217;\u00e0 la mi-mars, ont \u00e9galement limit\u00e9 les d\u00e9placements d&#8217;affaires dans la capitale. En contrepartie, l&#8217;h\u00f4tellerie des Yvelines et de la Seine-et-Marne a enregistr\u00e9 une meilleure tendance gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la client\u00e8le d&#8217;agr\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n<p><b>Recul des taux d&#8217;occupation dans tout l&#8217;Hexagone<\/b><\/p>\n<p>La C\u00f4te d&#8217;Azur n&#8217;a pas mieux entam\u00e9 l&#8217;ann\u00e9e. Le recul des taux d&#8217;occupation en mars, sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 10&nbsp;% dans certaines cat\u00e9gories, a accru la d\u00e9gradation des RevPAR du premier trimestre, m\u00eame \u00e0 Cannes malgr\u00e9 la tenue du Mipim, le march\u00e9 international des professionnels de l&#8217;immobilier. Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a toutefois permis \u00e0 la destination de r\u00e9sister en termes de prix moyens.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9gion, les indicateurs sont globalement au rouge quelle que soit la cat\u00e9gorie d&#8217;h\u00f4tels observ\u00e9e. Si Marseille affiche un recul logique de ses performances (en comparaison d&#8217;une ann\u00e9e 2013 marqu\u00e9e par de nombreux \u00e9v\u00e9nements culturels), la chute des taux d&#8217;occupation observ\u00e9e sur les autres m\u00e9tropoles est inqui\u00e9tante, et, dans de nombreux cas, est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 10&nbsp;%. Dans une conjoncture qui rend plus que jamais la client\u00e8le sensible aux prix, les professionnels n&#8217;ont pas pu r\u00e9percuter la hausse de trois points de TVA.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les rares exceptions du mois de mars, citons Bordeaux, o\u00f9 la tenue d&#8217;un \u00e9v\u00e9nement professionnel a dynamis\u00e9 les performances h\u00f4teli\u00e8res du mois, sur le march\u00e9 haut de gamme en particulier.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, les trois grands espaces littoraux observ\u00e9s n&#8217;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9pargn\u00e9s par la morosit\u00e9 nationale. L&#8217;h\u00f4tellerie baln\u00e9aire fran\u00e7aise entame ainsi une saison 2014 sur un handicap qui risque parfois d&#8217;\u00eatre difficile \u00e0 surmonter.
