Les deux chefs devront concocter un menu pour 1&nbsp;200&nbsp;convives avec quatre propositions d&#8217;entr\u00e9es et plats. Eric Maio mettra notamment en avant une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise, qui est aussi une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 de son restaurant&nbsp;: le
